Our Returns Policy
We're always working to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, including returns. So if you're unhappy with any product for any reason, follow the simple return process below. Upon receipt of the unused item, your purchase price will be refunded to you, less the shipping and handling fees.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Pack and seal your unused return securely and place it inside a shipping envelope. Include your personal information (name/address/ date of purchase/ type of credit card used, with the last four numbers) so that we can locate the original transaction. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, such as UPS. Mail the package to:
